摘　　要：信访是我国公民政治参与的重要渠道,也是实现和维护人民群众民主权利的具体形式。社会主义市场经济的确立和发展,人们的利益关系也随之发生调整和变化,信访问题也日趋复杂。改革现行的信访制度,推进“依法治访”进程,让政府律师参与信访,确保民意上达畅通,实现信访工作法制化、规范化和程序化,发挥政府律师的作用,对于加强社会主义民主政治制度建设和实现国家长治久安具有深远的影响。Appealing by letters or visits is an important channel that our citizen participates politics,and also the concrete form carries out and maintains people crowd's democracy right.Along with the development of the socialist market economy,people's benefits relation has been adjusted and changed immediately,the problems concerning the appeal by letters or visits is also complicated gradually.To reform the current appeal system,let the government lawyer participate in and effect,insure public sentiment to reach...
