摘　　要：随着人类社会经济的不断发展,人类面对的环境破坏和环境污染问题也变得越来越多样化。面对这样严重的生存环境问题,不能置之不理,应当积极去探索,积极去寻求解决问题的方法。所以,将目前我国法律中暂时没有规定的危害环境的危险犯罪形态规定到刑法中来,这是非常有必要的。有利于充分预防环境犯罪,使存在的环境问题防患于未然,达到保护环境的目的。Along with the economic developing of human society, the problem of environment destruction and environment pollution also become variety.Facing the serious problem of environment,we will administer tightly,research positively,to find out a right way that will deal with the difficult problem.So,it is necessary to stipulate the pattern of environment-risk crime in the Criminal Law,which is a lack for the moment.That will be propitious for well preventing the crimes to environment,i.e.nip in the bud.
