摘　　要：过敏性反应与致病性基因(hrp)所编码的Ⅲ型分泌系统(T3SS)是植物病原细菌的决定性致病因子。在黄单胞菌属中,HrpG是目前已知的hrp基因表达的最高层面的调节蛋白,至今尚未鉴定到野油菜黄单胞菌调控hrpG表达的基因。本研究利用hrpX启动子和蔗糖敏感型sacB基因构建了hrpX表达报告质粒。实验结果表明该报告质粒可用于筛选鉴定正向调控野油菜黄单胞菌hrpX表达的基因。该报告质粒的构建,为研究hrp基因表达调控机制,揭示植物病原细菌的致病机制提供了有效的材料。Type Ⅲ secretion system(T3SS) encoded by hypersensitive reaction and pathogenicity(hrp) genes is the crucial virulence factor.HrpG which activate the expression of hrp genes in Xanthomonas is at the top of the Hrp regulatory hierarchy.However,the regulators upstream HrpG remain unknown in Xanthomonas campestris pv.campestris.In this work,an expression reporter plasmid composed of hrpX promoter and sacB reporter was constructed.The results showed that the reporter plasmid could be used to identify the genes ...
