摘  要:目前国内锅炉水冷壁多采用传热效率高的内螺纹管,内壁螺纹影响了超声波在管内壁的反射,使超声波探伤难以进行。研究了内壁螺纹对超声波检测的影响,为设计制作内螺纹小径管焊缝超声波成像检验系统,实时修正内壁螺纹的影响,全面、准确地检测焊缝质量进行了技术上的可行性论证。Presently, the water-cooled wall of boiler with high parameters uses mostly the tube with internal threads, which affects the reflection of ultrasonic at inner surface, so the manual ultrasonic test for welds becomes a problem. The paper introduced the experimentation and research on the effect of internal threads on ultrasonic test.
