摘　　要：介绍了碳酸甲乙酯的用途及合成方法,重点阐述了以乙醇钠为催化剂,碳酸二甲酯和乙醇在一定的温度和压力下合成碳酸甲乙酯的反应原理和工艺流程,从反应温度、压力、精馏方式、催化剂回收等方面对生产工艺过程控制进行了探讨,总结出一种效率高,成本低,质量好的碳酸甲乙酯的生产工艺条件。This article introduced the use and synthesis method of EMC,mainly expatiated the reaction principle and process of EMC-synthesizing under a certain temperature and pressure condition from DMC and ethanol by using Sodium ethoxide as catalyst. Discussed the process control from the reaction temperature,pressure,rectifying way and recycle of catalyst,etc.Summarized a low-cost and high-quality EMC-producing process condition.
