摘　　要：以S2O82- /ZrO2-SiO2固体酸为催化剂,以柠檬酸、正丁醇为原料合成柠檬酸三丁酯,考察了影响反应酯化率的各种因素,确定了反应的最佳条件。实验表明:当n(Zr):n(Si)=1:13时,催化剂用量为0.75g,醇酸比为1∶4,反应温度140℃,反应时间3.5h,柠檬酸的转化率可达98.3%。Tri-butyl citrate was synthesized by citric acid and n-butanol while S2O82-/ZrO2-SiO2 was used as the catalyst. This article studied the effects of the various factors on the esterification and the optium reaction conditions.The optium reaction conditions were the following as : the reaction temperature 140℃, n(acid) ∶ n(butanol) =1∶4, the weights of catalyst 0.75g,reaction times 4h, the esterification conversion 98.3%.
