摘　　要：多功能海洋救助 /三用拖船是一种既具有较强的海洋救助能力 ,又具有为海上石油平台提供多种特殊作业服务的新型船舶。本文简要介绍我院为交通部打捞局系统开发研究设计的多功能海洋救助 /三用拖船中的船舶主要研究设计特点 ,如 :技术特点、船型特点、布置特点、性能特点、功能特点。Multi function salvage tug/ATHS (anchor handling tug supply vessel) is a new type of ship which possesses the ability of offshore salvage and rescue, and also can provide some special working service to platform on the sea.
