摘　　要：安康市城市防洪预警系统采用防汛、防空结合的人防报警系统,并结合全球移动通信系统(GSM)短信发布系统和视频会商系统有效地解决了在城市中及时、有效地传递防洪决策信息及发布洪水警报的问题。在网络系统中部署了安全、可靠的网络安全产品,为防洪预警系统的可靠运行提供了保证。在防洪预警决策支持系统中,利用中间件技术建立了基于信息交互平台、工作流平台、资源管理平台、策略维护平台的支撑系统,建立了协同工作、决策过程流程管理机制,较好地解决了防汛信息处理和决策方案制定、协同会商的问题。A flood control and air defence combined alert system is adopted in the urban flood control and alert system of Ankang.With the GSM short message releasing system and videoconference system,flood control information is transferred and flood alert is released effectively in time in the city zone.Safe and reliable network security products guarantee the reliability of the flood control and alert system.In the flood control and alert decision-making support system,the intermediate ware technology is used to bu...
