摘　　要：[目的]探讨经尿道输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的价值。[方法]采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石19例,其中5例曾行体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)碎石失败。[结果]本组19例输尿管结石,17例成功碎石或取出,成功率89.5%,其中上段结石成功率83.3%(5/6),中段为75%(3/4),下段100%(9/9)。[结论]输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术疗效确切,创伤小,安全性高。[Objective] To explore the evalue of pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the treatment of up-urinary tract stones.[Methods] Ureteroscopic pneumatic impactor lithotripsy was used in 19 ureteral calculi,of 5 cases treated by ESWL before and failure.[Results] 17 of 19 cases were treated successfully by ballistic lithotripsy with the cure rate of 89.5%(83.3% in upper ureter,75% in middle ureter,100% in lower ureter).[Conclusions] Pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope is safe,effective and minimally i...
