摘　　要：文章针对当下我国社区图书馆建设水平低的问题,提出了:(1)把社区图书馆建设纳入文明社区建设的总体框架中;(2)以读者为中心,开展特色化、多元化信息服务;(3)服务弱势群体,渗透人文关怀;(4)加强合作,资源共享。通过这四个方案来加快发展社区图书馆事业,以期提高居民文化素质、完善社区服务功能、促进城市文化的发展,从而加快城市现代化的进程。Aiming at the low-level construction of community libraries in our country,the author of this article holds that the construction of community libraries should be placed in the overall frame of the construction of civilization of the communities,that diversity services and characteristic services should be offered by community libraries,that the humane concern should be penetrated to 'powerless readers' colony,and that inner and inter collaboration should be strengthened and resources should be shared joint...
