摘　　要：文章介绍了网络环境下图书馆参考咨询人员素质的重要性,指出了目前我国参考咨询馆员的现状及差距,分析了新形势下参考咨询馆员应具备的素质。This article introduces the importance of the quality of the librarians in charge of reference and consultation work under the network environment,points out the status quo in China and the gap between our librarians and the counterparts abroad,and analyzes what quality should our Chinese librarians should possess under new environment.
