摘　　要：高校图书馆管理方法已由非人性的管理模式 ,向注重发挥人的主动创造精神的人性化管理模式转变。实行人性化管理是高校图书馆最佳的管理模式。文章对人性化管理在高校图书馆管理中的价值及模式等进行了探讨。The transformation fromthe non-humanized management pattern into the humanized management pattern has already been achieved.The realization of the humanized management pattern is so far the best one in the management system in the libraries of colleges and universities.The article makes a close study about the value and the pattern of the humanized management.
