摘　　要：目的总结68例婴幼儿漏斗胸围手术期的护理经验。方法术前做好心理护理及呼吸道的准备;术后加强生命体征的监测,重视疼痛和引流管的护理,及时清除呼吸道的分泌物,预防肺部感染防止肺不张,重视并加强肺功能训练等。结果患儿均顺利康复,无1例发生肺炎及肺不张等并发症。结论术前良好的准备以及术后细致、完善的综合护理,是婴幼儿漏斗胸手术后降低并发症,取得满意疗效的保证。Objective:To review the perioperative nursing experience of 68 cases of pectus excavatum deformities in infant.Methods:We perfomed careful preoperative mental nursing and respiratory tract preparation.Postoperative monitoring of vital sign and nursing of pain and drainage tube were strengthened;secretion of respiratory tract was cleaned up in time; and lung function training was guided attentively.Results:All patients were cured and there were no postoperative pneumonia,atelectasis and other complications.C...
