摘　　要：目的探讨儿童上颌窦穿刺技巧。方法对225例慢性化脓性上颌窦炎患儿采用上颌窦穿刺护理进行总结。结果225例病人顺利完成穿刺治疗,无并发症发生。结论穿刺前评估患儿,实施健康教育、心理护理是上颌窦穿刺术治疗顺利进行的基础;严格实行上颌窦穿刺术准入制度,是上颌窦穿刺术成功的重要保证。Objective:To Study the maxillary sinus operate puncturing skill to children.Method: To summarize the nursing of maxillary sinus operate puncturing skill to 225 children who had suffered chronic suppurative maxillary sinus inflammation.Result:The 225 children all had received successful puncturing therapy,no complication had happened.Conclusion:Assessing the child before operate puncturing;implementing health education and psychology nursing is the foundation of successfully maxillary sinus operate puncturin...
