摘　　要：总结肺减容术治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的围手术期护理,具体方法为:在肺切除护理基础上,术前加强呼吸道准备,呼吸功能锻练、心理准备、术后严密监测血氧饱和度等生命体征变化,保持呼吸道通畅、胸腔闭式引流通畅和镇痛、康复训练。To summerize the perioperative nursing care of lung volume reduction surgery for chronic obstructive emphysema.Nursing of respiratory function and psychological nursing were performed before operation.After operation,the changes of vital signs and SaO2 were strictly observed;respiratory tract and thoracic drainage were kept open;anesthsia and rehabilitation training were given. These nursing intensiventions have increased the effect of the treatment and decreased the mortality.
