摘　　要：目的探讨口腔术后应用止血药的患者采用不同肝素封管液封管对静脉留置针留置时间的影响。方法将200例术后留置周围静脉留置针的患者随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组输液结束时以20AxaIU/ml低分子肝素钠稀释液0.5ml封管1次,对照组输液结束时以62.5U/ml肝素钠稀释液2～3ml封管1次。观察留置时间与堵管率。结果实验组留置针留置时间明显长于对照组,p=0.000;堵管率明显低于对照组,p<0.05,差异均具有显著性意义。结论低分子肝素钠封管液封管可有效延长术后留置针的留置时间。Objective:To explore the effect of different heparin tube-seeling solutions on the indwelling time and tube-blocking rate of intravenous remained trocarin in patients of post-operation.Methods:200 patients were divided into two groups at random(100 cases of test group and 100 cases of control group),100 cases of the test group were sealed catheters with 0.5ml of the 20AxalU/ml low-molecule heparin sodium diluent,while the other group were sealed catheters with 2～3ml of the 62.5U/ml heparin sodium diluent at...
