摘　　要：总结了小儿无痛纤维支气管镜检查的配合与护理体会。分别从术前的准备、术中的配合、术后的护理3个方面进行了阐述,其中术中的配合,介绍了基础麻醉、术中患儿呛咳处理,需行灌洗者的处理、局部用药者的处理以及呼吸、心率、血氧饱和度的观察等。To summarize the comprehension about the cooperation and the nursing of painless fibro-bronchoscopy in children.It is explained from the aspects of preoperative preparation,the cooperation during the operation and the nursing of post-operative.About the cooperation during the operation,we introduced the basal anesthesia,treatment of bucking,those who required perfusate,those who required local application and the observation of respiration,HR,oxygen saturation,et al.
