健康教育对提高葡萄膜炎患者服药依从性调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育对葡萄膜炎患者掌握疾病相关知识的程度和服药依从性的影响。方法采用问卷形式对66例葡萄膜炎患者分别在健康教育前后行疾病相关知识及服药依从性调查。结果健康教育前,56.1%的患者不了解疾病相关知识,服药依从性好的只有37.9%,健康教育后,84.5%的患者了解疾病相关知识,服药依从性好的有87.9%,健康教育前后服药依从性有显著性差异穴χ2=15.2,p<0.01雪。结论健康教育能提高葡萄膜炎患者对疾病相关知识的了解程度,提高患者的服药依从性。Objective:To explore the effects of health education on improving the understanding of the correlate knowledge and the drug-taking compliance.Methods:66 cases were interviewed using questionnaire before and after health education about their correlate knowledge and drug-taking compliance.Results:Before the health education,56.1% patients couldn t understand the correlate knowledge and only 37.9% patients had better drug-taking compliance,while after health education,the values of the two variables were 84.5...
