摘　　要：目的观察舒筋活血洗剂熏洗对膝关节僵直功能康复的作用。方法118例观察对象随机分为2组,观察组59例,予舒筋活血洗剂熏洗加手法按摩;对照组59例,仅予手法按摩。3个疗程(45d)后比较2组膝关节功能康复情况。结果观察组治疗优良率为93.2%,对照组治疗优良率为86.4%,2组优良率经χ2检验,p<0.05,有显著性差异。结论舒筋活血洗剂有祛瘀、活血、通经、活络功效,可促进膝关节功能的康复。Objective: To explore the effect of Shujinhuoxue lotion on the functional rehabilitation of knee joint stiffness. Methods: 118 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. The observation group (59 cases) adopted Shujinhuoxue lotion and massage, while the control group (59 cases) only adopted massage.
