摘　　要：总结了介入治疗拔除鞘管后血管迷走神经反射的预防和护理体会。提出:术前实行完善的术前宣教,预防血容量不足,避免空腔器官的刺激等;术中及拔管配合包括生命体征的监测,急救药品的备用等及术后监护措施,并改进拔管方法,可显著减少甚至消除冠脉介入术拔除鞘管后血管迷走神经反射。This article summarized the prevention and nursing measures for the vasovagal feflex after pulling out the sheathing canal during the intervention therapy.It points out that the measures including education before operation, preventing the insufficiency of the blood volum, avoiding the irritation of other organs, monitoring the vital signs, preparing the first-aid medicines and improving the method of pulling out the sheathing canal, can effectively reduce or even eliminate out the vasovagal reflex after pu...
