摘　　要：目的探讨综合干预对高血压患者在控制血压、降低致残率和死亡率、促进健康中的作用。方法117例高血压患者随机抽样分为2组,干预组78例,对照组39例。2组均保持入组前抗高血压药物种类和剂量不变,干预组同时进行心理、社会、饮食、运动等方面的健康指导,连续跟踪随访3年。结果干预组血压控制率明显优于对照组,其高血压并发症、致残率、死亡率均明显下降。结论综合干预能有效控制高血压、减少高血压并发症及死亡率。Objectives To discuss the role of synthetic interference in blood-pressure control, lowering occurrence of paralysis and keeping healthy in patients with hypertention. Mehtods 117 consecutive cases of hypertention were divided into 2 groups randomly, 78 cases in test group, 39 cases in control.
