多源红外治疗仪在断层取皮术后供皮区愈合过程中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨多源红外治疗仪在烧伤整形外科断层取皮术后患者供皮区创面愈合过程中的作用。方法根据取皮厚度将117例行断层取皮术的患者分为A、B2组,其中A组52例,均为刃厚取皮术的患者;B组65例,均为中厚取皮术的患者。对A、B2组用随机的方法再各分成2组,其中A1组27例,A2组25例,B1组31例,B2组34例。在术后第2天打开供皮区创面外层敷料后,对A1、B1组用多源红外治疗仪进行照射,对A2、B2组则用普通鹅颈烤灯进行创面照射。分别记录每组的供皮区创面愈合时间并进行比较。结果A1、B1组的供皮区创面愈合平均时间分别比A2、B2组短2.8天、4.9天,统计学分析表明有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论多源红外治疗仪可以加速供皮区创面愈合。Objective: To study the role polyphyletic infrared therapeutic instrument plays in healing of wounds in skin donor area after tomographic plastic surgery for burning.Method: One hundred and seventeen cases with routine tomographic plastic surgery are divided into group A and B in accordance with the thickness of the cut skin.All the 52 cases in group A have knife-blade skin cut and 65 in group B medium thickness cut.Group A and Group B are then respectively random sub-divided into another 2 groups, in which...
