摘　　要：研究了一种以凌阳SPCE061A单片机为基础的非特定人语音识别技术.介绍了硬件平台的构成,重点分析了非特定人语音识别过程的基本原理及相关算法,从软件设计角度具体阐述了语音识别在该单片机上的实现过程.最后,成功地对步进电机应用了这种语音识别技术,取得了预期的控制效果.The technology of speaker-independent recognition based on SPCE061A is researched.The structure of the hardware platform is introduced,meanwhile the basic principle and the related algorithm of the recognition procedure are analyzed as an emphases.Moreover,the implementation procedure of the technology in the MCU is discussed from the aspect of software design.At last,the technology is successfully applied to a step motor,and the expected effect is gained.
