摘　　要：论述了制定状态检修导则的基本思想,包括导则的理论依据、设备分类方法、状态量的确定以及基本原则等,并就应当注意的问题提出了看法。This paper mainly discuss the thinking of establishing Guidelines of the Condition-Based Maintenance of Electric Equipment,including theoretical choice,means of classing equipment and its status,principia.The author deliver himself of the problems noticed.
