摘　　要：预应力管桩属于挤土桩,在饱和软土地层中,由于土的不可压缩性,如果在基坑施工时开挖措施采用不当,就会发生管桩倾斜、断桩以及偏位等情况,本文针对这些情况提出了一些处理方法。Pres-tress concrete pipe pile belongs to displacement pile,especially when it is used in saturated soft clay ground,the probability of lean, rupture and of-position of the pile body is rather high. quality control mesures accordingly are put forward in the text.
