粗叶悬钩子根多糖对急性肝损伤肿瘤坏死因子的影响

摘　　要：观察粗叶悬钩子根多糖对肝组织损伤过程中肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)的影响,采用液相竞争法测定大鼠血清中TNF-α的含量,结果显示粗叶悬钩子根多糖能明显降低TNF-α的含量,说明粗叶悬钩子根多糖有一定的抗肝损伤作用。Objective: To study the effect of flavonoids of Rubus alcenefolius Poir on tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) of liver. Methods: Rats were injected with CCl4, and then infused with flavonoids (small, middle and large dose) after 24 hours, once a day for 7 days, TNF-α was measured with liquid phase competition. Results: This flavonoids can markedly decreased the content of TNF-α. Conclusion: The flavonoids of Rubus alcenefolius Poir have curative effect on liver injury.
