天麻素与天麻苷元的镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：比较不同剂量天麻素与天麻苷元的镇痛作用,阐明石仙桃镇痛有效成分。采用热板法、醋酸扭体法观察不同剂量天麻素与天麻苷元的镇痛作用。结果:不同剂量天麻素与天麻苷元均能显著提高热板法致痛小鼠的痛阈,明显抑制醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应,且呈剂量依赖性。结论:天麻素与天麻苷元均具有镇痛效果,为石仙桃镇痛有效成分。To evaluate the analgesic effects of different dosages of gastrodine and 4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol by hot-plate test and writhing response,and illuminate the effective compounds of Pholidota chinensis Lind1.The results showed that different dosages of gastrodine and 4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol could prolong the time of hot-plate response in mice,and reduce the numbers of writhing induced by acetic acid.Conclusion: Gastrodine and 4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol are of certain analgesic effect in a dose-dependent manner,an...
