摘　　要：以作者的工作经验和感受,阐述了从事放射性废物管理研究人员应具备的政策和行政管理、安全和防护、从废物产生到处置技术层面的知识结构的必要性,以及知识积累的方法。As experiences and perception of author,this paper expounds the knowledge structure that should be possessed by radioactive managers and researchers at varied levels of policy,administration,safety and protection from waste production and technical operations of disposal,as well as knowledge accumulation.Let us encourage each other in our endeavors.
