摘　　要：在荧光灯生产设备中圆排车是很关键的设备,其主要是完成排气和注汞功能。生产中注汞的一致性、无汞的比例和排气的真空度直接关系着整个产品的性能以及工序合格率,而汞腔装置则是汞进入灯管的必备部件,汞腔装置设计的巧妙与否与灯管的真空度以及无汞比例密切关联。本文介绍的是一种新型汞腔装置,该汞腔装置设计新颖,实用可靠,具有以往汞腔装置没有的优点。The round exhaust is the pivotal equipment for production of fluorescent lamp.It mainly finishes exhausting and pouring Hg.In the course of production,three factors including consistency of pouring Hg,scale of non-Hg and the vacuum degree directly influence the product performance and pass percent of working procedure,so the design of Hg storage in round exhaust is very important.A new type of Hg storage device is introduced in this paper,which is novel and available.
