两种脑炎患者脑脊液酶水平观察与分析

摘　　要：目的　观察结核性和病毒性两种脑炎患者脑脊液酶水平的改变。方法　在治疗前采集结核性脑膜炎患者脑脊液标本 4 0例 ,病毒性脑膜炎患者脑脊液标本 6 0例 ,正常人群脑脊液标本2 0例 ,用酶速率法测定AST、ALT、γ GT、ALP、LDH、α HBDH、CK、CK MB 8种酶水平。结果　结核性脑膜炎组LDH、AST酶水平分别为 (180 9± 112 2 )U/L、(4 2 2± 11 8)U/L ,显著高于病毒性脑炎组 (P <0 .0 1)和正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　对脑脊液进行LDH、AST检测 ,有助于诊断和鉴别诊断结核性脑膜炎和病毒性脑膜炎。Objective To observe and compare the change of the enzyme standards in CSF of patients with tuberculous meningitis and virulent meningitis.Methods Fourty samples of CSF from patients with tuberculous meningitis,60 samples of CSF from patients with virulent meningitis before treatment,and 20 samples of CSF from a healthy control group were collected.The enzyme standards of AST,ALT,γ-GT,ALP,LDH,α-HBDH,CK,CK-MB were determined by IFCC.Results The enzyme level of LDH and AST in tuberculous group were (180....
