摘 要:基于有限元软件Msc.Marc,采用弹-塑性大变形有限元法,建立三维可逆式轧制有限元模型,仿真出可逆式两道次冷轧中咬入-抛出-反转过程应力的产生及变化,解决了实际生产中铝合金厚板可逆式冷轧咬入困难及变形难以控制的难题。仿真结果与实验测试结果比较验证了该有限元模型的合理性。可逆式多道次轧制可以减小上道次轧制应力,轧制应力沿厚度方向呈M型分布。控制宽展的立辊侧轧引起的狗骨形截面可通过侧轧后再小压下量平轧进行矫正,得到平直度符合公差的板材。The residual stresses of aluminum alloy thick-board in the rolling process of bitting, shoot and reversing were simulated by using highly non-liner software Msc. marc ,elas-plastic large deformation finite element method (FEM) and established three-dimensional model.
