摘　　要：目的观察缩宫汤对药物流产后蜕膜残留临床疗效。方法将186例药物流产后蜕膜残留患者随机分为2组。治疗组98例用缩宫汤治疗,对照组88例服用龙血竭胶囊治疗。均治疗5日后观察临床疗效、阴道出血时间、阴道出血量的情况。结果治疗组总有效率92.86%,对照组总有效率70.45%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组阴道出血时间、阴道出血量情况比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论缩宫汤治疗药物流产后蜕膜残留疗效确切。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Suogong decoction on patients with rudimental decidua after medical abortion.Methods 186 patients with rudimental decidua after medical abortion were randomly divided into two groups. 98 patients in the treatment group were administrated with Suogong decoction; 88 patients in the control group were given Longxuejie capsual.
