我国体育教师教育的一体化体系研究

摘　　要：我国教育体制的改革为体育教师教育的发展提供了广阔的空间,为建立一只高素质、高水平的体育教师队伍提供了良好的机遇.我国体育教师教育只有建立一体化的教育管理机制,组织机构,统筹职前教育、入职教育和职后教育内容和课程设置,组成一体化的教师队伍,才能整体优化教育资源机构,解决体育教师教育的困境.The innovation of Chinese educational mechanism not only offers a wider space for the development of PE teacher's education but also provide an opportunity to train a rank of high level PE teacher.Chinese PE teacher education needs to construct an integrative mechanism of education and management,organize institution,plan education content from school to work as a whole and course setup in order to train teacher and to optimize educational resource institution, resolve the problem of PE teacher's education.
