摘　　要：根据武术套路教学实践,从准备活动在武术套路教学中的定位、准备活动的框架设想以及准备活动中应注意的问题三方面阐述了体育院系武术套路教学的准备活动.In order to make the warming-up exercise of Wushu routines teaching systematical and scientific at the institutes of physical education, some issues are explained which include some tentative ideas on framework, the position of (warming-up) exercise and some matters needing attention in the teaching practice of Wushu routines.
