循环流化床锅炉外置床式换热器特性分析

摘　　要：外置床式换热器是Alstom 300 MW循环流化床锅炉的重要特征,在锅炉运行调整中具有非常重要的作用。通过对不同外置床进行操作,既可以调节再热蒸汽温度,又可以调节循环流化床的炉膛温度。因此,正确认识外置床的各种特性,掌握外置床投入方法和运行规律是保证机组的经济稳定运行的重要前提。为此介绍了锅炉外置床式换热器结构和基本特性,进而以秦皇岛电厂5号炉为例对外置床式换热器投入过程和随负荷调整规律进行了细致的分析。Fludized Bed Heat Exchanger(FBHE) is an important characteristic of Alstom 300 MW CFB boiler and is of great significance for boiler adjustment during operation.With different FBHE,it is possible not only to adjust the reheat steam temperature,but also to adjust the bed temperature.
