内窥镜下外伤性鼓膜穿孔鼓膜修补术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨采用内窥镜对外伤性鼓膜穿孔进行鼓膜修补术的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2004年6月至2006年6月间在内窥镜下45例外伤性鼓膜穿孔患者行鼓膜修补术鼓膜穿孔愈合情况及听力提高的临床资料。结果:全部患者随访时间超过6个月,鼓膜穿孔总愈合率为98.6%(43/45),平均听力提高10.9±2.3dB。结论:在内窥镜下进行鼓膜修补术具有图像清晰,操作简便、损伤小、疗效好的优点。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Endoscopic myringoplasty in the treatment traumatic perforation of myrinx.Methods:Forty-five cases of traumatic perforation of myrinx underwent endoscopic myringoplasty between June 2004 and June 2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All cases were followed-up for more than 6 months and of the perforation healing was 98.6% and PTA gain was 10.9±2.3dB.Conclusions:The virtue of endoscope included clarity of the image,operation convenient and little damage...
