摘　　要：胰肠吻合口支撑引流管致胆肠吻合口狭窄未见报道,本文报道1例并进行相关文献复习。以利避免类似病例的发生.Pancreaticojejunal anastomostic stent induced cholangiojejunal stenosis has not yet been reported domestically.A case was reported and the related domestic literatures were reviewed for the improvement of the technique of pancreaticojujunal anastomosis.
