摘　　要：自动发电控制(AGC)是调整电网频率与有功功率、保证电网安全、经济运行的重要措施之一。文章回顾了华北电网AGC的发展历程,分析了华北电网AGC机组的现状、AGC控制模式、现行运行考核与管理办法及其存在的主要问题。为适应电力体制改革、大区联网和电力市场运营的新形势,提出了进一步提高华北电网AGC运行和专业技术管理水平的思路与建议。Automatic generation control(AGC) is one of the important measures to regulate the frequency and active power of power grid and ensure its security and economic operation.Here,the development process of AGC in North China power grid is reviewed.The present situation of power generation sets with AGC in North China power grid,the control modes of AGC,the currently available methods to examine and manage AGC and the existing problems are analyzed.To suit the new situation of power industry’s reformation,areal...
