摘　　要：分析了村镇的人居环境研究体系,从解决人居环境问题入手,对现有村镇的无序现状进行分析调整,构建新的可持续发展模式,同时在村镇的规划中,结合运用循环经济理论,充分考虑能源及生态环境问题,以达到控制新村镇发展趋势的目的。The research system of inhabited environment in village and small town is analyzed.Started with solving the problem of inhabited environment, the author analyzes and adjusts the unordered condition in existed village and small town and builds a new sustainable development mode.During the planning of village and small town,the author fully considers energy resources and ecological environment combined with circular economic theory,in order to control the development trend of new village and small town.
