摘　　要：对错层住宅的概念、特点、错层方式、错层的上下尺度进行了介绍,并对错层住宅的居住经济性进行了分析,从建筑设计和结构设计两方面提出了错层住宅设计中有待改进的问题,指出错层住宅将有广泛的发展前景。It introduces the conception,feature,split level style and the fluctuated scale of split level house,and analyses the living economical of split level house.From the aspects of construction design and structure design, it represents the problem that should be improved in the design of split level house,points out that it has an extensive develop foreground of split level house.
