摘　　要：采用三线性考虑刚度退化恢复力模型的动力计算分析程序对两试验模型进行了时程分析,为考察底部一层框架砖房和底部两层砖房实际结构的抗震性能,采用前述动力非线性程序对两实际底部砖房原型结构进行了时程分析并对其抗震性能进行了比较研究,得出底部二层框架砖房的抗震性能要优于底部一层框架砖房的结论。The two test models of brick masonry building with frame stucture at its bottom were analyed by a nonlinear calculation program,in which three line model of restoring force with degradation stiffness was thought.The two practical structures were made in time-time analysis by the program,one was one story of frame with four stories of masonry structures,the another two stories of frame with three stories of masonry structures.The calculation results showed that the latter was better than the former in anti-s...
