摘　　要：介绍了现代住区景观环境的特征,对现代住区景观设计中存在的主要问题进行了分析,提出了现代住区的景观设计理念、手法及要点,并对此做了深入的阐述,辅以秦皇岛“在水一方”住宅小区为例,以期对住区景观设计有所启示。This paper introduced the character of modern community landscape environment,analysed the key problem of modern community landscape design ,put forward modern community landscape design principle,skill and important points,and made the expatiation,took ' waterfront' modern community in Qinhuangdao as an example to give some inspiration for modern community landscape design.
