摘　　要：在犯罪实行行为理论体系中,犯罪实行行为的判断标准应当与犯罪实行行为的概念、过程、结构模式、机能等范畴一样成为理论研究的重要课题。社会相当性理论在刑法解释学中具有非凡的意义,在对行为的刑法意义的解释中有其他理论无法比拟的优越性。社会相当性应当成为犯罪实行行为的判断标准。In the perpetrating act theory,the judgment standard of perpetrating act as important as the categories of perpetrating act,such as the concept,the process,the structure pattern,the type,the function and so on.The theory of social worthiness is very important in the criminal hermeneutic,and it has inimitable advantage in the explanation of the perpetrating act.The social worthiness should be judgment standard of perpetrating act.
