摘　　要：受教育权是公民享有的一项基本权利,属于人权的范畴。在国际人权法视野中,受教育权作为一项公民享有的基本权利的法律属性日益凸现。现代文明国家应当为公民因受教育权而产生的纠纷提供有效的司法解决的路径。The right to education is a fundamental right,belonging to the category of hunman rights.Under the human right vision,the right to education which is attributed to a basic civil right is shown as legal rights increasingly.The modern civilized countries should offer effective route to settle the disputes caused by the right to education.
