摘　　要：针对目前中药生产行业存在的问题,以中药滴丸机为控制对象设计了一套新型的网络化智能控制系统。采用PROFIBUS现场总线作为信息传递手段,通过对系统原理的分析,采用模糊PID控制作为控制方案,能够很好地改进控制效果。提出了采用3层架构,即远程控制层、智能控制层、现场控制层的系统结构,并介绍了硬件结构。该系统能够较好地发挥滴丸机的优势,改进滴丸的圆度,具有很好的实用价值。In order to further investigate the series of problems emerging from current traditional Chinese medicine industry,this paper proposed a set of innovative networked intelligent control system which employed traditional Chinese medicine dropping pill machine as the control object.It is proposed that through systematic analysis,employing PROFIBUS fieldbus as the instrument of information transfer,utilizing fuzzy PID control as control scheme,the traditional Chinese medicine production control system is expect...
