摘　　要：在水利水电土建工程施工中经常发生索赔事件。以合同为依据,及时、合理地处理索赔,使其有利于控制工程项目的质量、工期和投资,工程参建各方都应努力通过有效的合同管理减少索赔事件的发生。The claim affairs often occurred in construction of domestic hydroprojects should be handled on the basis of contracts timely and rationally, so as to advantage controlling quality,investment and construction period of hydroprojects.The owners and contractors of hydroprojects should strive to enhance contract management effectively to reduce occurrence of claim affairs.
