摘  要:明代言官为给事中和御史的合称,是明代官僚集团中的一个特殊群体,具有如下特征:一,人员众多,冠居历朝;二,选任精粹,进士为重;三,秩低权重,势凌三司;四,升迁迅捷,赏赐丰厚;五,分布广泛,东南为盛。明代言官的这些群体特征是与明代极端强化的皇权相适应的,体现了皇权控制下的分权制衡原则。The supervisors were composed of Jishizhong and Yushi,a special bureaucrat group in Ming Dynasty,which had following characteristic.Firstly,its number was most numerous in ancient China;secondly,its choice was proficient,most of them were come from Jinshi;thirdly,although their official rank was low-lying,their power was heavy;fourthly,they promoted fast and had heavy bestow;finally,they distributed extensive especially in the southeast..These characteristics were coincident with Emperor s strong power in M...
