摘　　要：党中央提出构建社会主义和谐社会,高校图书馆的教育作用愈显重要,高校图书馆在构建社会主义和谐社会中的作用非常重要,应进一步加强图书馆的管理,使其在构建和谐社会中发挥更大作用。University libraries are playing a more and more important role in education after CPC Central Committee proposes to build a socialist harmonious society.The paper indicates that the significance of university libraries requires to further strengthen the management of the library in order to give its role a full and greater play in building the harmonious society.
