摘　　要：随着信息化时代对高校科研档案的要求越来越高,高校的科研档案管理工作也越来越重要。它可以避免对某一课题的重复研究,可以积累和保存科研财富,也是做好学校管理工作的一项措施。目前高校科研档案管理存在着一些问题,如科研档案管理意识较弱、工作目标不明确、归档范围界定不清楚、科研档案的开发利用不明显、档案收集条理不清晰、信息化建设较为落后等,针对这些问题,从实践的角度提出有效的管理对策。The increasingly higher demand on the file management in colleges and universities in information age has made the work more and more important in college administration management.After an objective analysis of the current conditions of files management in universities,some problems are obviously indicated in the paper,such as the archivists′ weak management awareness,unclear working aims,ambiguous files extent,illogical files collection,and the backward construction of information,etc.and some practical m...
