摘　　要：民主政治是当代社会基本的价值追求,图书馆作为中国国家意识形态建设的重要领域,要实现其为民主政治建设服务的功能,就要不断地使其处理信息技术的手段现代化,更重要的是要不断地增强其"以人为本"的办馆理念,平等的为整个社会和全体公民提供尽可能完善的信息服务和知识产品。The democratic politics is the basic value pursued by the contemporary society.As the library is one of the important domains where Chinese government propagates its national ideologies,it should serve for the democratic political construction and modernize the technology of processing information unceasingly.What′s more,the people in the library should adopt 'people-oriented' princinple,providing as perfect information service and as many knowledge products as possible to the society and the citizens equal...
